AMV parents have been suggesting that student enrollment is not easy. To add to it, re-enrollment in a new year is even more trickier because parents had to remember the unique student record number. This also created more work for the school staff because parents contacted them over phone or emails for enrollment. Also, another issue was to use unique parent email for each kid.

These pain points have been addressed with first step of registering each parent on the website. This registration process is made simpler and easier to remember because AMV website is integrated with social sites like Google, Yahoo (Facebook is WIP). This means that you actually login using your preferred social site. No need to create new user id and remember another obscure password. AMV website does not store any of your personal social site details like passwords and contacts. AMV site only stores your public info shared by the social site like email ID, display name and picture.

Also one new key feature allows you to view and update all your kids under one login.

This blog provides instructions to create and log into to AMV Marathi Vidyalaya.

  1. In your browser, open “https://australianmarathishala.org/marathi/” website. Screenshots in below blog are from TEST website, hence some titles might be a bit different from the actual website
  2. Click on the social login of your preference (Gmail, Yahoo). DO NOT enter your email and password here.
  3. Once you click on Yahoo or Gmail, then wait
  4. Till you see a screen like this
  5. Here navigate to ‘Already have an account?’ and click “Link my account” button
  6. Enter your email ID in ‘Username’ field received in the email from AMV and password mentioned in that email. Click ‘Continue’
  7. If you have correctly entered the Username and password, you will be successfully logged into AMV website.
  8. To check your profile and students that you have enrolled, click on your user ID in the top right corner
  9. If you have enrolled 2 students, then they will be displayed one after another. So key on scrolling down the page. We know it is really a long form. DO NOT change email ID in this form
